Now we'd like to ask a few questions about your reasons for running and your general views on politics and government. First, why are you seeking this office?

Representatives of our town must not forget that they represent the desires and interests of the people of Trumbull, not just themselves. Partisan infighting has stalled what is best for our town for some time. We must care for our seniors, focus on our education, and look towards the future with responsible development.

Please complete this statement: The single most pressing issue facing my constituents is ___, and this is what I intend to do about it.

Taxes. I meet with and speak with our neighbors every day. Seniors have cried in front of me for the first time beginning last year. We cannot forget that our seniors have created the Trumbull we live in, and deserve the right to be able to remain here without the fear of an unaffordable Trumbull. Responsible spending and smart development are vital.

What are the major differences between you and the other candidates seeking this post?

I believe asking for community input is important. It is also important to address and act on the concerns we hear.
