PD: Man Exposed Himself at Trumbull Mall

A man was arrested for public indecency after he allegedly exposed himself to a woman at the Trumbull mall on Nov. 14.

A woman contacted police and said she was parked in the JCPenneylot when she saw a man standing in front of her car. He exposed and fondled himself. She managed to get a picture of him and his vehicle’s license plate.

Police ran the license plate and learned that Gustav Olsen, 73, of Redding worked at a kiosk in the mall and was on his lunch break. 

He was charged with public indecency.
