PD: Trumbull Marriott Guest Smashed Lamp Near Child

A Southhampton, N.Y. man was arrested after he allegedly got intoxicated and caused a disturbance at the Trumbull Marriott on July 25.

Dylan Henderson, 23, allegedly returned to his room intoxicated and was loud and disruptive, police said.

He allegedly smashed a lamp and a piece landed near a sleeping child. The child wasn’t injured, police said.

A victim tried to call 911 but he prevented her from doing that, police said.

He was arrested and charged with risk of injury to a minor, second-degree criminal mischief, disorderly conduct and interfering with an emergency call.
