President Barack Obama Appears at Bridgeport Event to Support Malloy
The 11th hour visit comes just days before Election Day.

President Barack Obama appeared at Bridgeport’s Central High School in front a crowd of 1,900 for the 11th hour visit to help support Gov. Dannel Malloy in his bid for re-election just two days before Election Day.
Obama said that there was progress being made in Connecticut thanks to Malloy, according to the Connecticut Post.
Crowd goers were reportedly happy to see the president and that it was a moment in history for Bridgeport.

Malloy has won the favor of the president and helped make Connecticut the first state to mandate a $10.10 an hour minimum wage, which was something Obama preached nationwide.
Obama was scheduled to appear at the same event in October, but his appearance was canceled so he could have a meeting about the Ebola situation.

A man was arrested inside the gate to the high school, according to White House correspondent Dave Boyer. It appeared the man was entering thorugh an unauthorized entrance.
