Private Investment Firm Buys Trefoil Drive Property in Trumbull

The foreclosed 24,000 square foot building at 4 Trefoil Drive in Trumbull has been sold for $1.4 million.

DeForest (Frosty) Smith, senior vice president of PEarce Real Estate represented both the buyer and seller. The seller is Milford Bank and the buyer is a private Fairfield County investment firm.

The building sits on two acres of land.

Smith joined Pearce in July 2012 when it merged with Milford-based George J. Smith & Son Realtors.
