Road Closed Due To Water Main Break In Trumbull: Town

TRUMBULL, CT — A road is closed Tuesday afternoon in Trumbull due to a water main break, according to the town.

In a post on the town website, town officials said around noon a water main break was reported on Huntington Road.

Trumbull and Stratford police are in the area and have closed the road to traffic, according to the town.

Drivers are asked to avoid the area and utilize detours, according to police.

The town also noted Trumbull's emergency management office is working with Aquarion Water Company to determine the severity of the situation.
