Serial Trumbull Burglar Arrested Again: PD

He has multiple burglary convictions, including some in Trumbull.

TRUMBULL, CT — A convicted serial burglar can add another arrest to his sheet after Trumbull Police got DNA evidence from a Huntington Turnpike burglary, according to police.

A homeowner found glass broken from his door and his PS4 stolen in October 2017. Police found blood at the scene and processed it for DNA. It came back to Marc Lindsey, 49, of Bridgeport, police said.

Lindsey was sentenced to eight years in prison in October 2018 for a string of about 20 burglaries in Trumbull, Shelton, Milford and other nearby towns.

Lindsey is charged with third-degree burglary, third-degree criminal mischief and sixth-degree larceny.
