TRUMBULL, CT — A man wanted for seven outstanding arrest warrants was arrested after a brief struggle with officers at the Trumbull mall, police said.

Robert Lee Banks, 48, went to Macy's July 30 and entered a changing room with several clothing items, said Lt. Brian Weir, police spokesman. He then attempted to leave the store, but started to run for an exit when he saw officers.

He pulled away from an officer's grip and attempted to push an officer out of the way in an effort to flee, but was ultimately apprehended, Weir said. No one was injured in the incident.
