TRUMBULL, CT — Police have issued a Silver Alert for Rodrigo Sosa-Diaz, 26, of Trumbull.
He was last seen Aug. 16. He is described by police as a white male with brown hair and brown eyes. He is 5'9'' and weighs 180 pounds.
