Stratford Man Sexually Assaulted Juvenile: Naugatuck PD

He was charged with multiple counts of sexually assaulting a juvenile.

NAUGATUCK, CT — Police arrested a Stratford man who is accused of sexually assaulting a juvenile victim who is known to him, according to police.

Police took James Aho, 40, into custody Oct. 4 on an active arrest warrant. The sexual assault compalint was made on Aug. 6. To sign up for Stratford breaking news alerts and more, click here.

Aho was charged with four counts of first-degree sexual assault, two counts of fourth-degree sex assault, six counts of illegal sexual contact with a victim under the age of 16, four counts of risk of injury to a child and second-degree strangulation.

He was held in lieu of $300,000 bond.
