The Tashua Knolls Senior Men’s Club 2022-2023 Tuesday Bowling at the Nutmeg Lanes in Fairfield. On February 14, in second-half play Team 3 (Paul Schuerlein, Tom Frazer, Clint Vogel, Manny Cabral) saw its first-place lead reduced to one (1) point over Team 6 (Beecher Taylor, Mike Demichele, Sam Cicalo, Chris Barrett). Manny Cabral bowled the single-game scratch of 242. John Verdeschi bowled the handicap scratch series of 619. Ron Kahn bowled the single game scratch with handicap of 267 and Ron Fiorella the scratch series of 754. Terry McGuirk is the High Individual Match Point leader with 80 points. Bob Winston leads the Individual high average at 196.38, in second is Manny Cabral at 195.43, and in third place is Noel Gabrielle at 193,37.
The Friday Bowling League on February 17 saw Team 5 ( Ron Rubano, Terry McGuirk, Bob Burke, Noel Gabrielle) take a League lead of one (1) point over Team 3 (Paul Schuerlein, Tom Frazer, Clint Vogel, Manny Cabral). Terry McGuirk bowled the high single-game scratch of 252. Dennis Surmaczewicz bowled the scratch series of 668. Lou Viglione bowled the single game with handicap of 298 and the series with handicap of 784. The Individual high average is held by John Verdeschi at 204.07, in second place is Bob Winston at 198.13, and in third place is Rich Schwam at 197.75. Team 2 (Ray Andruskiwec, Lou Viglione, Drew Kennedy, Dan Maniscalco) bowled new Season highs for the Team handicap game of 1055 and the Team Handicap series of 2891.
