TEN Asian Bistro Marks the Chinese New Year

Hwang, who immigrated from China as a child, said the opportunity for cultural contributions is "what makes America so great."

Mall Senior General Manager Bryan Gaus said the sit-down restaurant is one of several coming into the mall.

First Selectman Tim Herbst said he was "very, very excited to have you here in town."

"It's a very exciting time for our mall. Little by little, you are seeing a renaissance here at the Trumbull Mall. Thank you very much and I wish you every success," he said.
