Thief Spotted After Stealing $3k Worth Of Tools: Trumbull PD
The thief got away once, but a second time the victim got his information, police said.

TRUMBULL, CT — A theft suspect was arrested after the victim spotted the man a second time, according to police.
The victim spotted a man June 23 stealing around $3,300 worth of tools from a toolbox in the back of his pickup truck in the Home Depot parking lot, police said. The thief got away before the victim could write down his license plate number.
On July 14 the victim spotted the same man and suspect vehicle and managed to get the license plate number. Police tracked it down to Tyler Mossa, 31, of Trumbull. During the arrest Mossa fought with officers, police said. To sign up for Trumbull breaking news alerts and more, click here.

He was charged with third-degree larceny, interfering with police and assault on a police officer. Bond was set at $20,000.
