Family: I have lived in Trumbull for 34 years. I am married 37 years to my wife Lane, who was raised in Trumbull. We have raised three daughters and have three grandchildren. I am a four term incumbent that would like to continue to serve the Trumbull community.

Experience: Current Town Council Incumbent serving 4th term.

Family in government: No

The single biggest issue in town is ______, and I plan to do this about it:

The single most pressing issue is taxes. Education is a close second. I will continue to advocate for transparent budgeting and providing our school system with the reasonable funding necessary to protect the quality of our school system

Critical differences between me and my opponents:

The town comes first and the party I represent comes second. I have served in a super majority, a super minority, and when the Town Council was an 11/10 split. I prefer the 11/10 split because that is when the community benefits the most, and the Council gets the most done.

Accomplishments:

My peers in the Democratic Caucus have elected me as the past Deputy Majority Leader, and I am currently serving as Vice Chairman of the Town Council. I also pressed to reinstate the Education Committee of the Town Council, and was subsequently named Chairman to pursue a resolution with the current school administration in regard to the BOE financial issues inherited from the previous school administration.

Other issues:

Taxes, Education, Responsible development, and the improvement of the Trumbull Center Corridor

What else would you like voters to know about you?

My voting record is always what I consider to be the best for the Trumbull Community. I have had a wonderful experience living and working in this community. Serving on the Town Council is my small way of paying back the town for all the opportunities it has afforded me.
