TRUMBULL, CT — Town officials, including First Selectman Vicki Tesoro, and residents gathered for a meeting Thursday to discuss the future of the Trumbull Mall, News 12 Connecticut reports. Topics ranged from concerns about safety to giving the mall a greater sense of "community."

According to News 12, town officials were adamant the mall will not be closing or torn down to make room for housing. They also discussed options such as doubling down on retail, including grocery and entertainment, as well as possibly establishing a "commercial village."
