The town will also fly flags on Main Street from Memorial Day to Sept. 11. Anyone who wishes to sponsor a flag can find a purchase form here.
According to Tesoro, residents can purchase a flag in honor of, or in memory of, a soldier who is deceased, has served or is currently serving. Anyone can sponsor a flag in honor of all soldiers. The names of those being remembered or honored will appear in the program.
"Please join us in honoring those who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom," Tesoro said in a news release.
