Trumbull Booth Hill Students to Have Music on Cart Again

The school district underestimated enrollment by a classroom, forcing a room used for music to be used for another class.

Students at Booth Hill Elementary School in Trumbull will learn music from a mobile cart for the second year in a row.

The school budget underestimated enrollment by one class at four elementary schools, which requires four classrooms, teachers and paraprofessionals, according to the Trumbull Times.

The school system is adhering to strict maximum classroom guidelines that range from 20 students in kindergarten to 25 in third, fourth and fifth grade.
