Trumbull Bride Featured on Say Yes to the Dress

TRUMBULL, CT- Trumbull resident Denise Dargel will appear on June 17th's episode of Say Yes to the Dress on TLC.

The episode airs at 9 p.m.

Dargel got her dress from Kleinfeld in New York City and her wedding was held on Oct. 17, 2015 at the Branford House Mansion in Groton.

“All in all my day was amazing," she said. "I was surrounded by great friends and family who shared so much love with me that day. I felt like a princess in my dress."

The venue was chosen to honor her mother who passed away from lung cancer at the age of 48 in 2009. Her mother loved lighthouses and the water, Dargel said. Her mother's birthday falls on Oct. 15 which made the week a roller coaster of emotions.

Dargel and her husband are expecting their first baby on Oct. 12, 2016.

She will be one of three brides featured on the episode.
