Trumbull Business Burglary Arrest Made

A man was charged with stealing nearly $2,000 from a Trumbull business, police said.

TRUMBULL, CT —A New Haven man was arrested for burglarizing the Mobil gas station on Nichols Avenue, according to police.

The business was burglarized Jan. 1 around 1:44 a.m. Around $1,927 worth of cigarettes and cash was taken.

Police obtained video surveillance of the burglar. On March 1 Milford Police arrested Christopher Dahlinger, 28, on other burglary charges. He admitted to the Trumbull burglary, police said.
He was arrested by warrant May 14 and charged with first-degree burglary, fourth-degree larceny, possession of burglar tools and third-degree criminal mischief.
