Trumbull Considers Sale Of 4 Town-Owned Properties: Report
The adjacent parcels were bought five years ago as a site for a possible community center.

TRUMBULL, CT — Town officials are considering selling four adjacent town-owned properties that were bought about five years ago for a possible community center that never came to fruition, reported the Trumbull Times.
The Planning and Zoning Commission narrowly voted along party lines this week to send a proposal for selling the properties to the Town Council. Democrats on the commission favored the possible sale, while Republicans opposed it.
The properties are near Town Hall and the Pequonnock River Valley at 2 South Edgewood Ave., 93 Church Hill Road, 85 Church Hill Road and 77 Church Hill Road; click here and scroll down to view them on a map.
