The single biggest issue in town is ______, and I plan to do this about it:

Improving crucial town services while maintaining stable taxes.

Critical differences between me and my opponents:

I have a very creative mind when it comes to solving problems. I listen. I asked insightful questions. And I’m always willing to challenge the status quo to come up with new solutions to old problems.

Accomplishments:

I have collaborated on multiple committees on the PTA. I have been a substitute teacher. I currently sit on the library board and have been active in constructing the new five-year strategic plan. I am a parent to two sets of twins under the age of 12. And I am committed to challenging the status quo.

Other issues:

We must have a townwide discussion about equity in all aspects of the way our town operates, from the schools, to town government. We must ensure that every child in Trumbull gets access to the same resources and experiences in the Trumbull public school system. We must have a Library that engages every member of our town, and and provides them the kinds of resources and experiences that they deserve.

What else would you like voters to know about you?

I have an independent mind and will never vote for something just because people in my party suggest that I do. I will approach every situation thoughtfully and respectfully and with insight and a mind toward creative solutions.
