The Trumbull Farmers' Market is officially set to open its gates for the 2026 season this week. Here are the details, according to the town.

TRUMBULL, CT — The Trumbull Farmers' Market is scheduled to officially open its gates for the 2026 season Thursday at Twin Brooks Park.
According to the town website, all are invited to visit the farmers and food vendors at Twin Brooks Park "to experience the vibrant showcase of local agriculture, small artisanal businesses and fresh goods."
Market hours for 2026 are 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. from June to September and 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. in October.

To ensure a welcoming and accessible experience for all, the farmers market is implementing new parking guidelines for the upcoming season.
Vehicle access to Twin Brooks Park will be limited to Lot 3 (Franklin Street) prior to the market opening, according to the town website.

"These adjustments are specifically designed to guarantee priority access for accessible vehicles, reduce congestion, and streamline traffic flow during market hours," the website reads.
The following farmers' market parking guidelines were provided by the town:
- LOT 1 (Main Lot Access): Reserved exclusively for vehicles displaying a valid Trumbull Parks Sticker or official Handicap Tags. This ensures proximity and ease of access for park pass holders and individuals with mobility requirements.
- LOTS 2 & 3 (General Market Parking): Fully open and available to all other vehicles, visitors, and out-of-town guests during regular market operation hours.
- ONLY LOT 3 (Franklin Street) will be open for visitor vehicles prior to the official start of the market. Early arrivals are requested to utilize Lot 3 exclusively.
