TRUMBULL, CT — Residents are invited to attend a presentation from the team overseeing the Trumbull Mall area market feasibility and land use study March 5 at Town Hall.

According to the town website, the presentation will take place in the council chambers on the second floor of the building at 6:30 p.m., during which residents can learn about study findings and potential future scenarios, as well as provide crucial community input.

Business and property owners, elected officials and visitors are also welcome to attend the event, according to town officials.

The town launched the study for the area that extends from the Merritt Parkway to the Bridgeport town line and from Madison Avenue to Main Street to develop a shared vision that will be a culmination of research, market information, stakeholder input and best practices, according to town officials.

The study will explore redevelopment and investment opportunities for the area as well as infrastructure, regulations, banding and other issues that impact the success and vibrancy of the area, town officials said.
