Trumbull JCPenney Shoplifters Arrested: PD
Two people were arrested after they tried to steal from the store, according to police.

TRUMBULL, CT — A Bridgeport teen and a juvenile were arrested after an attempt to shoplift from JCPenney, according to police.
Both suspects went to a dressing room, stuffed items in a bag and left the store without paying. They were stopped by security.
They were found with $268 worth of stolen merchandise. Gabriel Alexander, 19, was charged with fifth-degree larceny, conspiracy and possession of a shoplifting device. He was turned over to Bridgeport Police on an active failure to appear warrant.
