Trumbull Legislators To Host Annual 'Stuff a Humvee' Event

TRUMBULL, CT — Three local state representatives, David Rutigliano (R-123), Laura Devlin (R-134) and Ben McGorty (R-122), will host a "Stuff a Humvee" event to collect items to benefit local veterans in need.

The event will be held in conjunction with the Trumbull Stop & Shop and Homes For The Brave, according to a news release.

The "Stuff a Humvee" will take place Nov. 20 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m at the Stop and Shop store on Quality Street in Trumbull.

There will be a "Humvee" on the premises to collect non-perishable food items and toiletries that will then be donated to local veterans in need.
