Trumbull Mall Restaurant Employee Assaulted, Arrests Made: PD
Police made two arrests after an incident at the Trumbull mall Wednesday.

TRUMBULL, CT — A Waterbury teen was arrested after she attacked a restaurant employee at the Trumbull mall, according to police.
The incident happened around 4:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Sarku Japan Restaurant. Hilary Nolasco-Delobre, 18, complained about a serving portion to an employee, said Capt. Keith Golding, police spokesman.
An argument ensued and Nolasco-Delobre jumped over the service counter and attacked the employee, Golding said. Meanwhile Davon Myles, 26, of Waterbury and other members of a group of five people began throwing food and napkin containers.

The incident caused about $1,100 in damage and lost revenue. The victim sustained minor injuries.
Both Nolasco-Delobre and Miles were charged with second-degree breach of peace and released on promises to appear.

Part of the incident was captured on video and shared on Facebook.
The incident was at least the second within a month involving a violent disturbance at the mall. Several teens were arrested and two people were arrested following fights at the mall the day after Christmas.
