Trumbull Man Charged With DUI: PD
A motorist had stopped at a green light, police said.

TRUMBULL, CT — A Trumbull man was charged with DUI after he was found stopped at a green light, according to police.
An officer on patrol Feb. 8 noticed a car stopped at a green light in the area of Main Street and Church Hill Road. The officer activated his siren to get the motorist moving, but then noticed he was swerving.
The motorist then pulled into a parking lot. Brian Mcardie, 61, failed field sobriety tests and was placed under arrest, police said.

His BAC was found to be .099 and .0966, both over the legal limit of .08.
