Trumbull Man Robbed Outside of Apartment: PD

TRUMBULL, CT — Police are investigating after a 37-year-old man was attacked and robbed of his iPhone outside of his Royce of Trumbull apartment on Old Town Road. The man was in the parking lot of the complex when he was robbed by six young males.

The young males were riding bicycles and surrounded the man, who was struck from behind and knocked to the ground, causing injuries, said Lt. Douglas Smith, police spokesman. To sign up for Trumbull breaking news alerts and more, click here.

At least one suspect went through the man's pockets and took his iPhone.

Police canvassed the area, but were unable to locate the suspects. Detectives are investigating whether there is any connection to other recent incidents in the complex.
