Trumbull Man Threatened Neighbor with Tractor: PD
A dispute over property lines led to an arrest.

Trumbull, CT- A Huntington Turnpike man was arrested after he chased his neighbor on a tractor following a dispute over property lines, according to police.

John Silano was arrested on an active warrant June 29 for a May incident.

Silano's neighbor got his property officially surveyed to establish the property line and put up a fence, according to police.
Silano disagreed and went to his neighbor's yard to mow his grass and do other work.

The neighbor confronted Silano and Silano said he would kill him and drove his tractor toward him, police said.
He was charged with third-degree criminal trespass, third-degree criminal mischief and second-degree threatening.
