Trumbull Man's Attack Sends Victim To Hospital: PD
The female victim was left with head and other injuries, according to police.
TRUMBULL, CT —A Trumbull man was arrested after a family member was hospitalized after he attacked her, according to police.
Officers responded to a domestic dispute Sept. 2. Sean West, 45, became irate after he saw text messages from another man on the victim's phone, police said.
He struck the victim numerous times in the head with the phone and left her with other injuries. She was taken to the hospital for treatment of injuries.

West was arrested and charged with third-degree assault, second-degree strangulation and disorderly conduct. He was released after posting $75,000 bail.
