Trumbull Native Craig Breslow Signs with Red Sox
Breslow is a Trumbull native and went to Yale University.

Often called “The Smartest Man in Baseball,” Craig Breslow officially signed a one-year, $2 million deal with the Boston Red Sox.
Breslow, 34, is a Trumbull native and went to Yale University. He played baseball and soccer at Trumbull High School.
Breslow has had a nine-year career, according to the Boston Globe. Last year was his worst with a 5.96 ERA. Part of that is attributed to his 71 appearances in 2013 that interfered with his off-season workout program.
