Trumbull Nursing Home Fined

TRUMBULL, CT- St. Joseph's Center in Trumbull was fined by the state Department of Public Health for violations that were documented last year.

The facility was fined $1,060 for two incidents involving incontinence care, according to the Connecticut Health I-Team.

The incident occurred in October and December.

St. Joseph's Center was also fined in October for insufficient documentation. A spokeswoman for the center said they worked with inspectors to become more compliant.
