Trumbull PD Chief Requests 2 More Officer Positions
The request was made due to new housing complexes and other factors.
TRUMBULL, CT — Police Chief Michael Lombardo is requesting two additional police officer positions in the department due to new housing complexes and other factors.
The department currently has 81 officer positions, but five are unfilled, according to the Trumbull Times.
The new positions will also help reduce reliance on overtime.
