Trumbull Republican Town Committee To Host Candidate Meet & Greet
The event is scheduled for April 18 at Trumbull Town Hall.
The following announcement is from the Trumbull Republican Town Committee:
There will be a Candidate Meet & Greet, open to all who are interested on Monday, April 18, 2022 7PM at Trumbull Town Hall.
The Trumbull Republican Town Committee, the organizer of the event invites all to join in the
conversation about the future of our Nation and the State of Connecticut Confirmed Candidates include: Themis Klarides, candidate for US Senate, Jayme Stevenson Candidate for US Congress from CT 4th district. Also confirmed are Members of the Stefanowski campaign including
Laura Devlin, current state Rep from Trumbull 134th district and Lt Governor Candidate. Also to appear are Secretary of State Candidates Rep. Terri Wood, Dominic Rapini, and Brock Webber. Rep Harry Arora, candidate for State Treasurer and Rep David Rutigliano from Trumbull’s 123rd district.

Candidates will give a short presentation about themselves and their platforms, there will be a question and answer period, the event is open to the public and the press.
“I believe it is the essence of democracy to have an open and transparent conversation with the people who are putting their ideas forward for our consideration” said Mike Buswell, vice chair of the TRTC.

“Times are tough for working families here in Trumbull, inflation is affecting all of us, many believe that it is the policies of the folks currently in charge that have contributed to our pain, in my opinion change is needed, and I have a few questions for those running, I look forward to meeting everyone” said Katie Miller-Creagh
Guest are also invited to continue the conversation at a social gathering across the street at Old Town Restaurant immediately following the meeting at Town Hall.
