Trumbull Resident Dies in Thanksgiving Car Crash
A Trumbull resident died and four other people were injured in a crash.

A 21-year-old Trumbull resident died after a fatal Thanksgiving crash.
Emergency responders went to the area of 100 Beardsley Parkway shortly before 1 a.m. Nov. 26 for an accident, police said.
Anthony Teixeira, 21, of Trumbull has suffered serious head injuries and was transported to the hospital. He passed away on Monday after being put into a medically induced coma, according to a GoFundMe page. He was a semester away from graduating college.

Four other passengers had injuries ranging from cuts and scrapes to broken bones, but none are considered life threatening.
Police continue to investigate the accident.
