Trumbull Schools Reopen For Hybrid Learning
Schools reopened with four days of in-person learning for lower grades and hybrid learning for higher grades Monday.
TRUMBULL, CT — Trumbull Public Schools reopened for hybrid learning Monday with students in grades Pre-K-5 learning four days per week in-person and the rest of the grades learning on a hybrid basis.
There were 57 students and 16 staff in quarantine after possible coronavirus exposure as of Monday morning, according to the Trumbull Public Schools covid tracker dashboard. Another 13 students and six staff were in isolation after testing positive for the coronavirus.
Trumbull had 237 coronavirus cases between Dec. 20 and Jan. 2 and a daily average case rate of 47.3 per 100,000 population over the same time period. The positive test rate was seven percent, according to the state Department of Public Health.
