Trumbull Shoplifting Suspect Arrested: PD

A woman tried to steal 17 items from a store, according to police.

TRUMBULL, CT —A Norwalk woman was arrested after she tried to steal 17 items from JCPenney Jan 29, according to police.

Loss prevention officers noticed the woman enter the store around 11:30 a.m. with a large empty bag. She put 17 items including a Remington men’s razor and jewelry in the bag and left the store without paying, police said.

The items were worth a total of $760. Tamara Kisic, 38, was charge with fifth-degree larceny. Bond was set at $1,000.
