Trumbull Updates Hours For Town Pools
One pool in town will be closed Wednesday to Friday due to a shortage of lifeguards, according to town officials.
TRUMBULL, CT — As the summer winds down and children in Trumbull head back to school, the town announced this week Tashua Knolls Pool will be closed Wednesday to Friday due to a shortage of lifeguards.
According to the town website, Beach Memorial Pool will be remain open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. during this time period.
Town officials also noted the lifeguard shortage is expected each year as residents return to school, particularly college students.
