Trumbull Woman Faces Arson Charge In Apartment Fire: Report

The suspect is accused of setting fire to her apartment in the Stern Village housing complex in December.

TRUMBULL, CT — A 51-year-old Trumbull woman was arrested on a warrant this week charging her with first-degree arson in connection with a December apartment fire in Trumbull, reported the Connecticut Post.

Anna Maria Lombardi, of Hedgehog Circle, additionally was charged with two counts of first-degree reckless endangerment and two counts of criminal mischief. Lombardi is being held in lieu of bail of $100,000.

She is accused of setting fire to her apartment in the Stern Village housing complex on Dec. 12. No injuries were reported in the blaze, which reportedly destroyed the apartment.
