U.S. Sen. Chris Murphy Tours HCC Manufacturing Center

BRIDGEPORT -- Housatonic Community College’s Mike Gugger (left), program director of HCC’s Regional Advanced Manufacturing Center, discusses the college’s Advanced Manufacturing Program with  U.S. Sen. Chris Murphy during the Senator’s recent tour of the Center. (In the background is one of the Center’s Bridgeport milling machines.) The Center serves a 43-town area from the New York state line to the Connecticut River, as far north as the Middletown, Meriden, Waterbury and Danbury areas.
