TRUMBULL, CT — A commercial property's sprinklers helped put out a fire that occurred on Monroe Turnpike just after midnight Tuesday.
A small fire in the audio/video closet was extinguished, according to the Long Hill Volunteer Fire Department Facebook page.
Firefighters shut down the sprinkler system, ventilated the building and assisted with salvage.
