A vehicle fire on Rt. 15 in Trumbull is causing some traffic headaches Thursday afternoon.

There is congestion between exits 52 and 48 on the southbound side due to a vehicle fire. One lane is open.

The incident was reported shortly before 1 p.m.

The scene should be cleared within an hour, according to the state DOT.
