Volunteer Fair To Be Held At Trumbull Library This Weekend

TRUMBULL, CT — The Trumbull Library's inaugural Community Volunteer Fair is set to take place Saturday, April 27, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the library community room, located at 33 Quality Street.
According to a news release provided by the library, the fair will bring together 25 respected local organizations with the aim of fostering community engagement and promoting volunteerism.

Whether attendees are passionate about environmental conservation, gardens and landscaping, civic engagement, healthcare or animal welfare, there will be an opportunity for everyone to find a meaningful way to make a positive impact, according to the library.
Representatives from each organization will be present to provide information about their respective missions, programs, and volunteer opportunities.

Among the organizations scheduled to participate are household names like the American Red Cross and local favorites such as the Trumbull Nature & Arts Center and the Trumbull Historical Society.
Other notable attendees include SHU Discovery Science Center and Planetarium, Wakeman Boys & Girls Club, and the League of Women Voters, to name a few, according to the library.
