Wahlburgers Potentially Coming to Trumbull

TRUMBULL, CT — The three Wahlberg brothers are potentially bringing Walburgers to Trumbull after the item popped up on a Planning and Zoning agenda.

The proposed site would replace Ruby Tuesday, which closed in the mall, according to the Connecticut Post.

Wahlburgers has locations in Massachusetts, New York and six other states along with a Canadian location. It is also the subject of a reality TV show by the same name on A&E.

Movie star Mark Wahlberg along with fellow acting brother Donnie and chef Paul own the restaurant chain.

Mark Wahlberg has starred in several movies and was nominated for an Academy Award for his role in the 2006 movie "The Departed." He is also the executive producer of four HBO shows.

Donnie Wahlberg has starred in "Blue Bloods" since 2010 and was a founding member of the New Kids on the Block pop group.
