TRUMBULL, CT — Long Hill Volunteer Fire Co. crews extinguished brush and chimney fires over the weekend in Trumbull.
In a Facebook post, fire officials said they received a report Friday of a brush fire at a Teller Road home.
When crews responded to the area, they found a pile of brush burning behind the home and helped the homeowner extinguish it, according to fire officials.

In a separate post, fire officials said a chimney fire was reported Sunday afternoon on Brian Drive.
Crews worked to extinguish the fire and remove all hazards from the home, fire officials said.
