Woman Nabbed In Price Tag Switch Scheme: Trumbull PD
She would scan a .99 cent barcode to get a cheaper price, police said.

TRUMBULL, CT — An Ansonia woman was arrested after she switched price tags at the Trumbull mall Target 13 times, according to police.
Iryna Odynets, 32, was caught by Ansonia authorities, according to police. Trumbull Target had previously tried to identify her.
She switched items with a .99 cent barcode between October 2018 and April 2019, police said. She turned herself in July 8 on an active arrest warrant.
