TRUMBULL, CT — A developer has applied to change zoning regulations for the Village Residence District and advance plans for a 42-home subdivision near the Merritt Parkway in Trumbull, the Trumbull Times reports.

According to the Trumbull Times, the proposal spans a little over 16 acres across six parcels near Unity and Booth Hill roads. Plans call for 42 condominium units with three bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a two-car garage and off-street parking.

A public hearing for the zoning changes application was scheduled to be held Wednesday night by the Planning and Zoning Commission, according to an agenda for the March 18 meeting.
