3 New Officers Join Police Force In Vernon

Vernon has three new police officers.

VERNON, CT — The Vernon Police Department has a trio of new officers.

They are:

  • Justin Hock (Badge No. 291) is from Rocky Hill, and graduated from Rocky Hill High School.
  • James Kelley (Badge No. 292) is from Portland, and graduated from Portland High School.
  • Ryan DiManno (Badge No. 293) is from Stafford Springs and graduated from Manchester High School.

All three recruits will start the state academy on Friday. The started with the town of Vernon on Sept. 12.
