A unique parcel of land is for sale in Vernon.

VERNON, CT — A somewhat isolated parcel in a corner of the Rockville section of Vernon has gone on the market.
The 7.5-acre plot at 46 Gaynor Place in Vernon is being sold for $69,900, according to the online real estate portal Zillow.
Gaynor Road is a dead-end road off of Prospect Street near the Ellington town line. The land at No. 46 features hills and some rocky outcroppings. It overlooks a red brick factory building on Mountain Road and has access to Upper Butcher Road in Ellington via a pathway.
