VERNON, CT — A driver clocked at 95 mph on a stretch of Interstate-84 in Vernon subsequently failed a roadside sobriety test after being pulled over, state police said in an arrest report.

At 1:22 Sunday morning, state troopers were positioned along the highway and noticed a vehicle swerving in an out of lanes, according to a report.

A trooper caught up to the car at 95 mph and pulled it over. The driver, 39-year-old Jessica Gonzalez-Burgos, of Plainville, was arrested after failing the sobriety test, according to a report. She was charged with reckless driving, driving under the influence and a lane violation, according to a report.
